POLYURETHANE COATED

Among the articles of this category you can find items for uppers, bags, and furniture in all possible trimmings and grits. You can have smooth look, grain calfskin, cross grain, grain dollar, prince, with glossy finish, semi-gloss matte, nubuck effect, pearly, and metallized. These always follow the fashion trends of the moment. Thickness ranges from 0.85 mm up to 2 mm and above.

POLYURETHANE COATED STRETCH

This category includes synthetic stretch leathers. These are ideal to produce bags and especially boots because they have a particular elastic property that allows you to wrap the foot appropriately.There are several types and they come in different thicknesses. Many of these also come with a Stock service.

MIXED PU / PVC COATED

Under this category you can find faux leather which use not only polyurethane but also PVC in the coating phase. PVC is a cheap product, very similar to plastic, which is known to have 2 advantages. Firstly, it is great value for money; secondly, it has a better resistance to hydrolysis. Nevertheless, it is not so soft or tender. Items are mainly available to produce bags and sofas.

PU AND PU / PVC LININGS

We could not leave out linings in our proposals.

There are many imitations of pork and veal linings, as well as glossy or opaque kid.

Generally, thicknesses range from 0.65 to 0.80 with both soft and pointed hands.

China is currently the country where most of the PU and PU/PVC linings traded in the world come from. This is because they have an excellent value for money. Buying PU and PU/PVC linings from China is typically subject to minimum quantities and never comes with a stock service.

MICROFIBER

In the faux leather category, we also negotiate microfibers produced in China.

Typically, manufacturers of this product are located in northern China.

The feature of microfibers (usually consists of 50% polyurethane and 50% PA (Nylon) ) is a structure that is very similar to the leather fiber. Microfibers are used especially for shoe components, linings, reinforcements, and uppers.

Thanks to its composition, it is endowed with a remarkable resistance to tearing.

They come in different thicknesses, from mm. 0.6 (anti-slip) up to mm. 2.00. The latter are ideal for footwear walking and safety uppers.

PU COATED MICROFIBER

Among the most widely used articles to produce safety footwear we can find coated microfibers. We can offer both normal and standard S2 types. They come in different thicknesses and grits, but the most sold microfiber is mm. 2,00.

EMBOSSED STRETCH SYNTHETIC LEATHER

With some specific processing it is possible to leave on a faux leather stretch a relief print that returns to its initial position while retaining its elasticity. A wide collection of designs is available, and you can pick out your favourite ones and create embossed stretch synthetic leather.

SYNTHETIC LEATHER WITH RECYCLED AND SOLVENT FREE PRODUCTS

Following market demands of eco-friendly and recycled products, we can offer both low-solvent products and items with recycled material. The latter can be both POST-CONSUMER (i.e. from the recycling of the final product) and PRE-CONSUMER (i.e. from the recycling of not processed raw material waste). These are made in China at a competitive price and complies with GRS standards. In addition to products consisting of recycled components, eco-friendly SOLVENT FREE products can be offered. There are several classic and fashionable products showing these features.
