Typically, when you import, for example from China to our customers, we monitor the documentation issued by the exporter and check if it meets all the requirements to proceed to customs operations smoothly. In most customs operations the problems arise from the wrong attribution of customs codes, the inconsistency of the data relating to the weights or sizes declared on the invoice in relation to what is supported on the packing list and bills of lading (Bill of lading or HAWB ). We proceed to the request for rectification before transportation but in case of traveling goods if an error is found at the customs of arrival, we analyze the situation in order to request the correct documentation and we report the error to be corrected to the exporter.
